The manual says to test for leaks by putting in a bucket of water weighed down by a soft weight for at least an hour. Is that actually sufficient or what? i did try it and no problems (i don't have access to a pressure pot).

going to get used to the camera on land before this weekend
 
A 5 ATA test would be better of course, but a 1 ATA test shows that you had the o-ring in right anyway.

See if you can list it on a homeowners or renters insurance policy rider and how good the coverage will be from your company? New divers and first cameras have a high accident rate. An orange flotation wrist strap would help. Taking a pic of your contact info as the first on the card helps too.
