I am still here! We have been away, down at Hilton Head, for the past week and a half! I weigh in tomorrow am. We did lots of eating, but also got lots of exercise- long walks on the beach, bike riding, diving etc but darn, the food was awfully good too. Hopefully, I have not lost too much ground! Yeah, I'm dreading it. I did nothing but dive, eat, drink and push that little lever on my camera. Thankfully I got back on the bandwagon today. I'm sure I'll post a significant gain tomorrow but plan to continue to be a loser after that. From reading the previous posts it looks like we all need to kind of recommit for the next few months. We'll hit it hard, take off the rest of what we have to lose, then maintain. Lets get it going again! Take care and good luck all. Greg
