anything on a card?

I have not dared to look, its not my property, though there is still a full charge on the battery. The camera says there are plenty of vids... What would you do, andrew? I ask out of all honesty.

its not unheard of to leave a text doc on the sd card with contact info, so maybe hook it up to a computer to check. similar situation to checking inside a found wallet for ID imo.

You may also see a pic of the owner and/or buddy on the card for identification, if you don't say "oh crap, I know these guys" when you check the pics.

That's a good idea! I attach an address label to my cameras.

I'll check it out tonight. Thanks for the input everyone. I do hope to find the owner. I've had enough stuff lost or stolen. I'll let you know my findings...

I checked the card, no name, lots of pics and vids of people I've never seen before. Any other ideas of where to post lost and found items? I asked the kiosk at Lobos if a GoPro was reported lost at sea, but none had been matching the description. It hasnt been underwater long.
