I'm not surprised.

It's used to secure the BACKUP reg around the neck, instead of dragging it all over God's creation, or clipping it off somewhere where you can't get to it if needed.

Ahhhhh, now I understand. (lightbulb goes off, lol). Tony, I'm with you. I don't like the idea of wrapping around the neck either. I'd much rather have extra octo holders around.
