Wow. It was that long ago. I remember that the SS inflators solved a lot of my issues with the original inflators that came on my Halcyon wings and that Halcyon addressed the problem quickly. Thanks for posting the links.
 
When the shop I went to replaced mine they did not offer the option of a "post recall" SS inflator. I would have taken one in a heartbeat once they fixed the issue. Oh, well . . .

All of mine got swapped out right after the recall happened. They discontinued the SS inflator not too long after that so probably ran out of SS inflators with which to replace recalled ones.
 
I dont know if I'm motivated enough to spend money buying one
