I can't tell if that is a ship, boat or submarine. Anyone have any guesses? My guess is submarine from the looks of the propellor.

I thought I recognized that video! Here's the youtube link:
Its from the St. Clair River (connects Lake Erie and Lake Huron). The dive is in the shipping channel at shallow depths. From what I've been told you typically bring a hook so that you can anchor yourself to the bottom to keep yourself down and away from the props. You can see in the video this guy used some rope to tie himself to the wreck. The word crazy comes to mind.
 
Crazy guy. Another potential Darwin Award candidate. I also see a board with nails sticking out at the pebbled bottom that you could accidentally poke yourself too.
