I heard 3 times that after dragging the victim to shore and performing 1min CPR on the puppet they were done.

I have done CPR courses on the puppet, in one of the more complete courses our requirement was 5min long each person, if you have help you let the other help and then continue until the ambulance arrive, the story of why so long? is that you can hurt the death and you need to keep the brain alive until AED arrive, aprox ETA 20min, it seems nothing, but 5min on the puppet and you will sweat a lot, add to that environment heat and a lot of people around you in a non ventilated room.
