How long can I wait before rinsing?

110 gallons does seem like a lot. If you use the water for multiple dives, and/or for irrigation afterwards it might be PC, I suppose.

I do my rinsing on my lawn, FWIW...
 
I also use a 55 gallon garbage bin for a rinse tank but it doesn't get emptied after each use. It's on wheels and gets emptied when the water is looking pretty bad. Also has some cleaning solution anti bacterial in it
 
You can safely wait until the last possible moment but anything beyond that your asking for trouble.
