Does anybody have a tutorial for this attachment? I've read the bolt snap knot tutorial on SB, but I like this method for the ability to add a bit of distance between the snap and light. Thanks in advance for any info.

It looks like they ran the rope between the light and the bolt snap a few times at the desired length. Then tightly wrapped the loops like somebody who is whipping the end of a frayed rope. And finished it of with a clove hitch.

I personally use wire ties or key rings.

Interesting knot, but I can't help but think......why?
