Is it possible to switch a AL Mikron 2nd stage from right to left?

No. While I might be mistaken, I don't believe that's possible. It's been a couple of years since I've opened up a Mikron. The boss on the inside that aligns the barrel so the lever stays vertical is only on one side. Similarly, the larger opening for the Venturi on the other side of the case is not the same size as the hole on the hose side.
