For what? If you mean for diving, no, probably not. In that size range there are many boats I would rather have, most notably, a Boston Whaler Montauk.

JFYI, those little tin boats are not really suitable for saltwater and they will pound your teeth out in even small chop. Just me, I would not touch it. If you want a fishing boat for quiet fresh water lakes, then it might be OK, don't really know,
