Keeping lobsters in an aquarium?

The burden would fall on the DFG to prove he did not catch them, obviously if it were in trial the twelve idiots would not buy it...I wonder if a claim to the fact that your son caught them with your "assistance" is permissible, I looked but could not find anything for lobsters but there are occasions when assistance is allowed when taking with rod and reel such as assisting handicapped persons
