Hello,
We are planning a last minute trip to the Lake Worth area the week of July 8-26 to visit non diving family. We are looking for any recommendation on local diving/dive shops/local dive buddies/and motels/hotels. What are the water temps and what weight do you recommend for exposure suit? We have not had the opportunity to dive Florida before any tips would be welcomed. Thanks for your help.

The Dolphin Sun is docked in Lantana, next to the Old Key Lime House, so access is convenient. We can supply anything else you need.

I'll recommend diving with the Divemaster of the Year Kevin Metz on UW Explorer out of Boynton Beach (just south of Lake Worth).

Expect water temps in the mid 80s.

For hotels in that area, I like this "mom 'n pop" place on the beach: Wright by the Sea
