Just a couple of snaps from the other day. We have 100s of white cockies all over town and they are nasty things - they're loud, they adore tossing garbage out of cans, they're loud, they aren't particularly fond of letting one close, they're loud...

Driving along the beach we found a bush full of them:

There is a great little widget supplied free by microsoft "Image Resizer" look on
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

It installs as a right click option and allows you to resize any jpeg
Click resize, Click custom and you can select the max size for a avatar (100 by 100).

It's free and it works great.

be careful with the app. for avatar use this should be fine but for image resizing it throws out a lot of detail. :wink:
