That is the original Mk-1. Scubapro tried to do an 100% recall, but obviously some were not returned.
I own one myself and it has a very interesting balanced flow-by piston design. It has a bad design issue and it should not be used for diving. I can explain later.
It is an interesting conversation piece, if you are into regulator designs. Let me know if you are interested on selling it. Please PM me. That one is much better shape that the one I have. It is too bad that the warranty card doesn't have a date.

At this point, Scubapro doesn't seem to "be aware" that it ever existed, but we have plenty of copies of the 1962 and/ or 63 catalogs were it is shown.
