0n another matter, I got trapped by Hendrik's subliminal message. Is this an apex style mouthpiece? I'd be interested in taking it way from you.

I think this was it ... right?

Item # 40-87, All O-Rings (Actual Dimensions) on Precision Associates, Inc.

Don't have notes or o-rings handy to check.

Precission sells a huge variety of o-rings, but you need to call them to order, and the cut-off for discounts isn't exactly clear. But they were very nice and helpful on the phone, so it worked out fine. Oddly Viton was the cheaper option ... go figure.

Sorry I'm late to the party, I was getting back up to my fighting weight with the help of my family over Christmas.

I have not tried this, but it sounds feasible. According to NJDiver07866, an o-ring supplied by Mc Master with a 1 mm width by 2.5 mm ID can be used in place of 1mm x 2.2mm See mmc part number 9263K546 (Same as 9263K11)
McMaster-Carr

The part we ordered from PAI is the exact size:
Item # 40-87 Item # 40-87, All O-Rings (Actual Dimensions) on Precision Associates, Inc.

The part number is derived from the c.s. and i.d. that we converted from the Scuba Pro metric chart 1.0 mm x 2.2mm = .040in x 0.087in

Thanks to Zung, you should be able to find the rest of your o-ring sizes in the annotated files posted here:

This is golden info. I'm so replacing my G250 schematic with this and adding the Mk20 to my reg maintenance binder. Thanks guys. I should really pay more attention to what goes on in this subforum.
