I'd be really careful with dive operations in Sanur.
You can dive Blue Corner all year long. Access: from the Shore. See the map of Blue Corner on the right for the exact location.
This is a massively sweeping statement. There are many dodgy dive operators in Bali in all areas of the island and there are also many excellent ones. In Sanur you could feel confident diving with my dive center (Bali Scuba), Crystal Dive, Atlantis, Joe's Gone Diving, BIDP and a number of others. There are also some excellent operators on Lembongan including (as you mentioned) Two Fish and also World Diving.
The problem is the more reputable dive operators tend to charge more than the dodgy ones.

Blue Corner
As its name implies, Blue Corner is a dive in the blue where you’re projected at full speed over an impressive underwater relief. This is Bali’s dive that will send shivers down your spine; one that we all dream about in secret, but can barely dare to jump from the boat. If conditions allow, the Atlantis instructors and dive guides will take you on this great adventure!
Quickly! Everyone must jump and fin kick in a head-down descent as fast as possible in order to reach the wall that descends to depths of 30 - 40 metres. Over an abrupt slope, the dive truly begins as you let yourself drift with the current to experience the intense sensations and to enjoy the surroundings that guarantee a show.
The Blue Corner dive site in Nusa Penida is THE place to drift dive in Bali! The current can be very strong and for this dive will give you an adrenaline rush! However this site is reserved for advanced divers and with experience of drift diving. It is a steep slope with a plateau around 20 m deep but most of the dive is around 30 m. You can see sharks, huge rays and also the world famous Mola Mola (Oceanci Sunfish)! Depending on the tide and the current, the visibility can be sometimes bad and the water quite cold.
