Considering that Bangkok hospitals are such experts in transgender operations, he's lucky he got a toe and not something else attached to his hand... :rofl3:
 
as previously mentioned several times, what an idiot (for both feeding and touching the eel). my buddy volunteers at an aquarium and says you shouldn't even touch eels (or really anything else underwater) as they have a mucosal layer that protects them.
