I've only used latex seals before, but i'm wondering if there is a special way to use the seals so they dont leak? I was told that i have to roll them or something like that.
 
You don't actually "roll them" but rather fold them inside so that at least one inch is against your skin. This is what forms the seal. Just work on getting them straight (no creases or folds) and you should be fine. That always works for me. The only time I've ever had a leak was when I was careless with folding it in and didn't have much of a seal. The good news is that cold trickle down your back lets you know if you did this.:dork:
