Of course when I tried it the guy got back up and beat the crap out of me.....
Well, knocking someone out has got just as much to do with technique as strength. It can also be done without using your fist or hitting someone in the head if you apply the right techniques..

Regardless, as Ive said before applying that kind of force to someone can cause permanent injury or death and should not be more than a last resort in any given scenario (other than combat sports that is, but thats kinda beyond the scope here).

Would you explain how to do this in a water rescue scenario, without cutting off oxygen to the victims brain?
