Possible UPS strike - DGX ships UPS

I would expect most folks in the US have heard about the UPS strike that could happen 8/1. But here’s the important thing for us divers:

DGX ships via UPS domestically. I believe Scuba.com does, as well.

If you need to order something, the sooner the better. Don’t count on businesses being able to ship via FedEx. Last I read, Fedex was going to restrict businesses to the volume they had this week, so new business shippers would likely be out of luck.

Also keep in mind that USPS and UPS share transit/delivery responsibilities under some shipping methodologies so something shipped nominally through USPS could be delayed or even stranded.

I’ve got some customers who ship small stuff from overseas via UPS. They’ve already been instructed to ship regular air freight if the strike happens. More expensive, but they’ll get their stuff, at least.
