Raptor Fin Sizing

I was going to buy these fins as a gift for someone who wears a size 8 Henderson cold water boot...is regular the right size?

I would suggest the regular size. Your friend is right on the cusp of either a small or a regular. This person will have to try it on to decide, but like I said, if I had to guess I'd go with the regular.
