Reasons people give for not wanting to scuba dive

I've had a couple of people say they can't swim, which might be a pretty good reason to stay out of the water.

I'm constantly amazed that on a planet that's 3/4 water and has lakes and swimming pools all over the place that there are so many people who can't or don't swim and have no interest in seeing what's on most of the planet. It's almost as if humans don't belong on Earth. Except for those of us who are further evolved, of course.

The reasons I got were
1). I can't swim
2). It's expensive
