Hi All

I've got brand new Scubapro Chromis diving computer and during initial setup it has stuck eventually displaying error code E63. Now computer completely dead and doesn't respond to any button. Does anybosy have an idea how can I do a reset?
I have already send same question to oficiall support center na dwaiting for their response.

Did you contact the LDS where you bought it? That should be the first step.

If it has a user replaceable battery, can you remove the battery and then put it back and see what happens?

I'm going to bring them to a dealer center. Just was thinking if someone here know an easy way to fix the issue.
