Has any final reason shown up then?
Nothing was released except that the police found no errors in any of the equipment or the fill station. Too bad since something might have been learned from the interviews they had with the buddy who survived. I heard mention of an article in a Polish paper with more information, but haven't read it.

Easy to speculate though. Third fatal scuba incident with Polish divers at the same place since 2003. Careless "vacation divers" comes to mind.
