Taxi Competition?

Well I have alot of friends that are taxi drivers and I know they complain when they have to do red flag days which means you have to work in town and primarily cater to locals. As much as they complain or even take their red flag days off I'm sure they won't like this. Even tho it would be more for locals it says .but I'm sure they will take whoever pays.
