Tobey is fun again as I have been visiting the shallows again with my daughter as a new diver. Going back for year #2 this summer. Last year, the high water led to tough currents and the vis has been declining for the last few years in the TI.
Can't lose with either....... but if you want fish, you have to go to TI.
