All, looking for some guidance on how much to tip dive and boat staff on 10-day Raja Ampat cruise coming up.

Thanks.

We give 10-15% of the cost of the trip. It has been 15% because the service on the LOB’s Juliet and the Fling have been superb.

10% and up depending on how the service was. and no matter how much non-Americans may complain about tipping, it is one of the best direct transfer benefits to the local population from diving as very few boats are locally owned.
