Hello. I just got a TLS350 Signature Series suit and I have a XXL XM450. I am having trouble reaching back and simulating a "valve drill" type of manuevear. I think the XM450 is not sliding properly under the drysuit in the forearm area. I am afraid I might have to send the suit back to DUI for a re-cut. Is there anything else I can do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would sooner try another undergarment than modify my drysuit. One thing you might consider is a fourth element subxero salopette (farmer john), but an artic top. This gives more mobility in the arms and shoulders than the old dui 400 g (and, I would presume, the xm450, but I have no experience with that) while being pretty warm.
