It' called Navimate and works off of a type of SONAR beacon.
It gives the location of the beacon as well other divers in the water.
 
Sounds very similar to another device, I think shown at the last DEMA show
 
How deep can it go? What's the range? How many divers can it track?
 
Can you select a starting coordinate, so you can end there? (i.e. the down line from a boat on a reef dive) Is your "path" downloadable? (so you can overlay it on a map to see where you went?)
