I just don't log dives
I'll be heading down later this month for Memorial Day weekend for some beach diving.

Is there a dive shop in the area that does "wet" tank fills?

The one I used last year, didn't use a water vat when filling my tanks, so by the time I was ready to dive, I was 500 psi low from the start. Just curious if any shops wet fill or not?

You can bring your tanks to our shop for your fills. We have a 2 wet fill tanks, and we can fill them wet if that is what you want. As we operate a dive charter, we fill 50+ of our own tanks a day so we have lots of practice. When we fill dry or wet our divers get 3000 psi or a bit more in each fill. Before you ask, a 3000 psi fill is $5 if you want cheaper go back to the guys that gave you the 2500 psi fills.

Thanks SOFDiver, I will definitely do that.
My tanks are HP Steel = 3442 psi. Not worried about the cost. I've paid $10 for air fills before...
I would rather have full tanks to maximize my time underwater.

Look forward to meeting you. We take time with steels and fill them slowly to ensure a good fill, most divers leave them at the end of the dive day and pick them up the next AM. Things will be hopping Memorial Day weekend!
