webhead:AP Diving/Valves has one that I've heard called a delayed SMB.
What they have is an SMB with a small tank, size of a coke can, attached. You unroll the SMB, attach your reel and open the tank and let her go. The SMB inflates as it heads to the surface. There is an overpressure valve on it to keep it from popping/over inflating.
