I was on Jill Heinerth's blog the other and noticed that she had a small pouch that contained tools that she placed in her pocket. Kinda think that is a neat idea. I guess you could bungee that in and pull it out right in front of you to see what you need. Each tool could also be bungied in the pouch.
 
a wrench has come in handy before. more than once I've wanted a phillips head screwdriver for tightening up my goodman handle.
 
well you are obviously much smarter than I am. that thought never occurred to me :)
 
Gid Liew keeps a small assortment of zip-ties and o-rings in the back sleeve of his wetnotes book for mid-dive fixes of bolt snaps that had to be cut and similar situations. Can't say I've ever thought about bringing tools underwater with me. Given the way I treat my gear, they would be unusable by the time I ever needed them :wink:
