There is a lot to be said for sardine sandwiches, especially on boats where your snacks get pilfered. :D

would be better if the tuna was caught during the previous dive:)
 
Collards (recooked over three days) with fresh corn bread and some Tabasco pepper sauce. Topped off with a personal watermelon.
