For openers, you are NOT supposed to dive EVERY DAY to begin with. If you do then you are at a huge risk of DCS.
PADI recommends to their DMs a maximum of 4 days of diving followed by at least 1 day of non-diving. So you can start with that change.
Then I agree with STEVEN ASH to do your aerobic exercise before you go diving, in the mornings. This is fine for NDL diving, since there are no CO2 loading issues then. If you were a tech diver doing really deep deco dives, however, it would be a different story.
