Yellow waters all of the sudden

I just don't log dives
Does anyone know what makes waters here yellow for a day or two? It just looks like some sewer leaked, that color, unhealthy dark yellow. I seen such waters also on the bay side.

In fort lauderdale I seen such color in July, once, and then this last Sunday. It is just not normal, curious if there is a known reason.
 
Holy crap! This should be illegal, but I guess it is not. I wonder how those divers sanitized their gear after that dive?

They didn't- they were using rental wetsuits.
