When pulling reach for something closer to you instead of way out in front of you and pull slowly so your finger doesn't slip.

I know HOW to do it, but 10 dives over 3 days in JB is still enough to destroy finger tips.....no matter how good you are at underwater, horizontal rock climbing.

You should do longer dives

I much prefer a single 2-3 hour dive per day. 10 dives in 3 days sounds like work not fun!

I'll get there! It just takes a set of bigger tanks, a pair of stages, and a scooter.....and then several dozen more dives of increasing bottom time, complexity, and deco time....and I'll be all set. I'm still relatively new to this whole "Cave" thing compared to many.

B Lo I have read many of the posts here and as a Cave Instructor I have to ask ( BTW I don't meet your agency spec as I am NACD, TDI, Cavern PADI, that makes me 1/3 remember that number :D) My question is simple and one that I know Jim and any other Cave Instructor will ask you.

Why is it you want to learn Cavern?
