No, No pin hole. If I hold the scirt down it stops and doesn't exhast anywhere else. I have tried adj my breething but a little will come out of my nose just to get over the pressure needed to exhast from the reg. I have a 600ti reg so I doubt the reg is an issue.

Weight intragraded is just more comfortable if you do a bunch of diving in most cases. I would look at the Scuba pro Knighthawk. It is a great BC and the weight system is a bit different than the rest. It is really easy to stick the weights in and clip them after the bc is on just keep them...
