They would if he is military (By not enlisted do you mean commisioned?). Not sure what phrase is used with civilian contractors, do they have civilians doing EOD?

Yes but we are called UXO now. Have to be EOD to be UXO...Whateverdude!
Freezing my butt off here in sunny Tx. 15 degrees below normal, *** over? i can't mail order snow in Alaska but is below freezing here just a few miles from the mexican border. I brought one pair of jeans, two pair of shorts and T shirts. Glad I threw in the sweat shirt! Crap, I was just here four days ago and it was warm.....
