Ziggys_Friend once bubbled...
FYI, but, what I wrote before is directly quoted from JJ's book considered by GUE the DIR-F "textbook." The only reference to Bondage Wings is listed under TRIM and states:

The DIR args against BWOD
(Some are in JJ's book, Some you find in the DIR 3 vid, (and in 1 and 2???? (guessing havn't seen them))
1: Increase Drag - due to none uniform surface
- I knew of that one, but I believe it is pretty small issue when compared to all the others, so I didn't mention it.
2: The Wings will deflate if there is a hole. The force of the bungies "push air out". This speed of this action is directly related to how tight the bungies are.
3: Cannot use the Inflator/Deflator as a third reg without losing bouyancy control.
What The BWOD "Do" for you
1: No Air Pooling.
Now this is a bit of a magic bullet. Air will still pool with bungied wings, but it will be less than non-bungied wings. But the more you tighten them (the bungies) and that brings you back to 2 above)
