I need four conshelf 21 2nd stage diaphragm thrust washers. Part Number 821032. Is this a part I can purchase from my local dive shop?

Thanks. I'll give it a try. It's just that it's been my experience that many dive shops refuse to sell parts.

Should be available online. You can try trident or VDH etc

That is probably what you wll run into at your LDS, but don't expect anything better from the USA distributor.

If you have any contacts in Europe, they might be able to take care of you.
