My 100th dive was a cold water shore dive off....Deercreek in zero viz, my son and I called the dive after 10 mins and went and had an awesome seafood lunch at El Pascador in Venture...we still joke about how a great lunch turned a horrible day around.
We planned put my husbands 100th a little better. It was in Cozumel, we were a group of 4, our dive buddy Robert brought a slate the read "100th"dive and took some great pics of him, and had his 100th dive patch waiting for him when we got back to the boat....and then we went drinking. Wait, we do that every night in Coz.
My son's 100th dive was in a freaking cool cenote called Angelita with a awesome foggy ring at about 85 ft and branches that come out of the fog. Looked like Degoba scene with Luke raising his X-wing in Return of the Jedi.
So out of the 3 of us, the boy deffinetly had the best 100th dive.
