How about this boat as a scuba boat in the future?

It has very high fuel efficiency....

COOOOOOOL!!! Ok Now I have to have one.

It looks like a giant daddy longlegs on ski's. :)

It has more cool features.

luxury cabin for two
simple cruising accommodations for up to six passengers
twelve passenger transport
scuba diving platform
lab for collection and on site analysis of specimen
oceanographic equipment deployer
emergency response unit
surveillance station

A full size WAM-V™ has ocean crossing capabilities with a range of up to 5,000 miles with 2,000 gals. 2.5 mile/gallon:confused:

Pretty good for a boat that size.

Really... I didn't know that... I have never own a boat...

Thanks for your reply......

Yeah, at 20 knots my dad's 18 foot cat gets like, 1.1mpg? It might even be less than 1mpg. At 3 knots, he gets 4 mpg.

I'm pretty certain of that. Boats are relatively ineffecient, the drag on them is tremendous.

If then, how can it get 2.5 mile/gallon?

What is the barometer of efficiency on the boat?
