I have an Oceanic Data Max Pro Plus (DMPP) that I've been using a couple of years. I'm thinking about getting the download kit for it and I'd your ideas.

I used to have an Oceanic Data Trans Plus and the download program left a lot to be desired. Has Oceanic improved their software in the last couple of years?

I can't find any info one the download software on Oceanics site but I heard somewhere that it downloads some info that you may not see on the screen(s) of the computer...just what info I don't know. Anyone else heard this?

I get all the info I need for my logbook from my computer except the beginning and ending air pressures, which I usually jot down on a slate before and after a dive. Is the air pressure and a graph of the dive profile all I'm going to gain?

Is it worth the $140? Your opinion please?

Dee, sorry I didn't see this post earlier. I don't know how I missed it. Hopefully I was able to help with the question in the other thread. If not just let me know and I'll make it priority number one!
