I like the quickneck... works well, and lots of options available. Not a fan of all those little clips....

SiTech made all three (necktite, quick neck, and orust) in that order. The quick neck is a better version of the necktite. In theory, the orust is the even more improved version, but most divers who do not choose that system express concern about losing the little clips. I chose the quick neck for my drysuit.
I’ve been happy with my quick neck. Very easy to replace.

Just be aware that the quick neck ring is large and if you have narrow shoulders, it could be uncomfortable if your harness sits on top of the ring. From what I hear the orust is a lot narrower than the quickneck
