There is one thing I really like about Spare Air. It allows you to have two emergency OOA situations in a single dive. Not many products can provide that kind of service :D
 
Funny, I never intended this to be another "Cream the Spare-Air thread". I would suggest the editors of this web site post a stand alone section devoted to bashing Spare-Air.

Honestly, these guys who recommend 30cuft sling ponies for a standard no-deco open water recreational dive must be diving alone, or in extreme environments or a combination of both. Beyond some limited circumstances, I see no reason to be dragging a 19-30 cu ft pony for such routine dives, especially when diving with a reasonably proficient buddy. It is simply overkill.

And that's my drash and I'm a stickin to it.
