I know one inspector in Toronto who takes cash money under his belt and should be fired for looking the other way for some outfits, but coming down hard on others who don't rub his palm. .

If you really knew a crooked inspector, and the incidents you say really happened, why haven't you reported him?

Though I haven't lived there in a few years, I'd be more than happy to direct you to a few people who could help. Or put you in contact with a couple of reporters if you don't want to go through official channels. The Sun would eat this up.
