About 45#. When we travel or use a commercial boat we use their weights, but we dive from shore and private boats a lot. We always have some for visiting friends.

As the spare dropped from a truck to a motorcycle tire, I been able to drop from 22 to 12 pounds. Sad thing about the spare, not only did I have to carry it around the middle, I had to take extra lead to sink it.
