Question R095 vs R195

Can it be modified by using parts from r195 to be able to adjust the Venturi during the dive?

I don't think so, the Venturi vane and the case of the R095 is smaller than the one of the R195.
If you should find an old R380-R390 or a R395, you should be able to use those Venturi vanes for your R095, the housing have, I think, all the same size.
