My rescue diver class was the only one I ever took at a lake. It was a beautiful day and I was pretty worn out form all the rescuing. The one thing I regret is the horrible sinus infection I got that day. When you are the victim and they tilt your head back to provide rescue breaths, puts you nose in perfect condition to fill up with lake water and let it run all the way to your ear drums. So my recommendtation is to take a nose plug with you and where it when getting towed. Then hopefully you wont get sick like i did. I actually missed 2 midterms in college because of it. (Stiill passed though.. hahaha)
